Before breakfast 07:00 AM to 08:00 – A cup of tea / cappuccino with full fat milk and sugar.
Breakfast 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM – (1) Two multi grain bread with butter and egg omelet. or
(2) Bowl of corn flakes , oats , porridge or
(3) Poha or upma or daliya or khichri with lots of veggies or
(4) Two chapatis with bowl of veggies or stuffed paranthas ( potatoes , cheese , keema , pulses or mix veggies or
(5) Fruits with banana shake
After breakfast 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Ayushveda’s weight gain churan with half glass water .
Lunch 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM – 2 chapatis and small bowl or rice along with any of these :-
(1) Bowl of pulses ( masoor , moong or chana )or
(2) Bowl of veg curry or
(3) Two pieces of chicken a piece of fish ,egg , paneer or
(4) Green salad and a bowl or sweet curd
Evening Snack – Vegetable or chicken soup with some butter or
Vegetable sandwich with cheese .
07:30 – Ayushveda’s weight gain churan with half glass of water .
Dinner 08:00 PM to 09:00 PM- Same as lunch options but avoid rice and have three chapatis .
Bed time 09:30 PM to 10:00 PM – Glass of milk.
